My Practice

I specialize in providing Christian counseling for women, couples and adolescents. My focus is on empowering others to overcome life's challenges specifically substance abuse, domestic violence, trauma, infidelity and so much more!

My Treatment Focus

My therapy includes cognitive behavioral therapy which helps change your thought patterns so you can overcome all of life's challenges. I also utilize EMDR therapy to treat trauma issues, PTSD, grief, abuse or other persistent adversities. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an integrative psychotherapy approach that has been extensively researched and proven effective for the treatment of trauma.

Trauma/PTSD & EMDR

Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. I can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing. I utilize EMDR to help you process the trauma in a safe way that provides a way for you to move forward in life!

Relationships

Relationship counseling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship. Therapy sessions are held with both couples and is a supportive place to discuss issues and solutions to better strengthen your relationship. Whether you are dealing with infidelity issues, divorce, blended family or infertility talking with someone with experience can help!
